Supplier
Identification/Selection:
When we receive
your order, we begin our efforts by conducting a technical
review and process capability analysis of the various suppliers
in the PCB industry. After determining the supplier(s) who
are best suited and qualified to fill your order, we review
the target pricing and other specifications and perform a
cost comparison analysis between those vendors. These analysis
provide us a way to give you a qualified, professional vendor
at an extremely competitive price.
Pre-Production Engineering Design/Specification Review:
Our qualified team of engineers is assigned to your boards
before production ever begins. This ensures efficient manufacturability
of the boards and gives you the knowledge that your boards
will actually be fabricated according to your desired specs.
As our engineering department correlates and verifies information
with the supplier's CAM plot, the engineers will approve the
supplier's working artwork. All aspects of production-from
drilling to circuit development and soldering-will be approved
by our skilled engineers to ensure plans for production meet
your specifications.
Production
Management:
Our quality control team audits each step of the production
process. As our employees maintain a presence in the factory,
they perform frequent quality checks, and they ensure total
quality management in the following phases of production:
Raw Material Selection
In-Process
Quality Control
Statistical
Process Control (SPC)
End-of-Line
Quality Control
Packaging/Shipping
Inspection
Final Quality/Accuracy Inspection:
In accordance with IPC guidelines and customer specifications,
our quality control team performs a battery of tests and
measurements to verify the quality of all products shipped
from the factory. We don't want you to have any "added
surprises." Pan-Co desires and is dedicated to meeting-and
hopefully exceeding-the expectations of our customers. We
guarantee your satisfaction, and we involve ourselves in
the production to provide you with the best boards possible.
Financial Responsibilities:
Pan-Co International guarantees your satisfaction. You will
not be financially responsible for the boards until you
have reviewed the quality of your boards. Before that time,
we will facilitate all financing of the production.

Shipping/Customs Clearance:
We accept full responsibility for shipping your boards from
the country of origin to your company (per customer request)
and provide the following services:
Inspect
the packaging of all boards at the factory
Include
inspection/quality control information for your benefit
Prepare
the required documentation for the boards to be shipped internationally,
i.e. customs forms, export documentation, etc.
Coordinate
efficient, on-time delivery of boards through customs and
to your company, including definition of any duty tariffs
and payment of all custom duties, thereby preventing any unnecessary
delays.
Follow-up
with carrier to ensure timely delivery
